The success of a project depends on how well it is planned and managed, while ensuring the stakeholders and end users needs are met.

Our project managers (PM’s) have a range of skills, experience and qualifications to manage the scope, time, quality and cost simultaneously across multiple projects.

As per plan…

When you engage us a PM will be assigned to manage your project during its various stages including concept, feasibility, planning and design, through to the execution and handover. They closely monitor the project for you to guarantee project success. You can expect each PM to;

  • Define the project scope and design requirements
  • Assess and determine your key requirements
  • Facilitate and lead the design and preconstruction process
  • Manage procurement for the project
  • Minimise risk associated with the project
  • Motivate and direct resources and ensure site safety
  • Monitor performance and quality standards for the duration of the project
  • Resolve project issues

No project will run smoothly unless people have a clear understanding of what is required and are motivated to achieve a common goal. All of our PM’s are well regarded and have an excellent rapport with all our suppliers, contractors, consultants, internal team members and industry representatives. Their experience and leadership makes sure that all activities are completed as agreed, per schedule, to our standards. This is done through negotiation, collaboration and teamwork, without any coercion.
