BMT WBM
BMT WBM is a specialist Engineering and Environmental consulting firm.
Plans to create a new and exciting office space began in September 2009. At this time the company was spread across 5 floors in a building with a much smaller floor plate.
Two locations had been short-listed and we worked closely with BMT WBM to assist in the selection process by providing detailed design concepts and preliminary costs for the two possible locations. This information allowed the company to make a quick and informed decision, and led them to selecting Level 8 & 9 at 200 Creek St, in the Brisbane CBD.
Culturally, this was a big move for staff, as they had been in their previous location for over 30 years. The fitout design developed focused on making the layout a better social and functional environment for staff and management. Individuals designed their own work spaces and the end results speak for themselves – a happy and productive workplace.
