Priority 30 Years of Experience

CONSOLE

Console is a leading software developer for the property industry and provides in-house product support and training from their office.

After outgrowing their previous space they short-listed a vacant tenancy in the IBM building at 348 Edward St. They wanted an interior that would enhance the company brand, position them as an employer of choice and have facilities that would appeal to staff and clients.

The IBM building at the top of Edward St is a prime location overlooking the city, close to public transport and only minutes walk to the heart of the CBD - an ideal location.

To ensure they were making the right decision, Console wanted to fully visualise how the new office would look prior to signing the new lease agreement and commencing the project. We helped them by visualising the layout of the new space and gave them the confidence to go ahead and sign the lease.

Our Project Manager provided them with:

  • Initial draft suggestions, a project brief for the designer and a concept layout
  • A final design concept meeting their allocated budget for the project

The new office is located on the 9th floor and the prime location gives them fantastic views over the city. The project included a reception with waiting area, boardroom, training room, meeting rooms, executive office, general work and utility areas, kitchenette with staffroom, workstations and office furniture. A bright, positive and motivating vibe was created with a waiting area that makes a powerful first impression for those entering the office.
