Connect Resource Services (CRS) are investment advisors for the mining sector.

They were new to Brisbane and were temporarily operating from serviced offices. With growth plans well underway, CRS needed to relocate to suitable premises.

After establishing a list of potential sites they were referred to Priority early in the process, which meant we could provide beneficial assistance with the selection process. CRS’s criteria for the new space included creating a strong impact and a striking first impression to show their serious long-term intentions and commitment to both staff and clients.

We provided detailed concept designs for all the potential spaces, allowing CRS to determine the suitability of each site. The top floor of 333 Ann St was chosen – a new 23-storey, 4-star office building with 360 degrees views and a large balcony.

A full range of design concepts for the 333 Ann St site was prepared and included:

  • Detailed concept documents for construction to commence
  • Fitout designs to match the profile of the building, making the most of the spectacular views
  • Design areas included the main reception, offices and workstations, meeting and board rooms and a staffroom with a full kitchen

CRS’s new modern corporate headquarters reflects their professionalism and commitment to the future.
