As a successful and growing business, Dealer Solutions were outgrowing their office space in Albion, where they had been for seven years. They wanted to update their office space to reflect the importance and present a fresh and modern image for the company and allow for further growth. We met with Dealer Solutions to develop the brief and initial design concepts. They selected us to take on the project, based on offering the best suggestions and solutions to transform their existing space. Key criteria were creating a professional image, while utilising the existing floor space. A well-planned Construction Program was prepared which would be completed three key stages: Stage 1 - Relocation of the server room – the digital heart of the business; with minimal disruption to business operations. Stage 2 - The new workspace and offices were constructed while staff were relocated downstairs to the ground floor temporarily with minimal dust and noise impact. Stage 3 - Staff relocated back to their new bright and airy offices. The ground floor renovations include the new server room, staff room, boardroom, training room, meeting room, and breakout area. The stylish new layout met all Dealer Solutions’ requirements and transformed an existing tired interior, into a fun and practical place to work.
