INTERNATIONAL QUARTERBACKInternational Quarterback is a leading sports and entertainment marketing firm working with Australia’s leading sports men and women, and many high profile businesses. They purchased a two-storey warehouse-style building in Newstead and wanted it converted specifically for their use. This was an exciting project to be involved in. The nature of their business and the calibre of their clients and businesses they work with gave them an excellent opportunity to create a very impressive, funky and modern space, and to present a strong statement about their business and identity. An open-plan design with plenty of natural light, great for meeting clients and creating a positive team environment was created by Angela Fleming of Inner Element interior design. The open-plan design layout would allow natural sunlight throughout, and kept enclosed offices to a minimum. To allow in plenty of natural light Priority cut windows into both ends of the building. The existing walls were exposed double-brick, and cutting the windows in was a delicate exercise. The final look and feel is exactly the result that International Quarterback wanted - a vibrant office that reflects their enthusiasm and the quality of their services while presenting a professional image to their clients. With plenty of natural light the office achieves their vision of a modern open-plan layout that is highly functional.
